Classes are held as follows:
Saturdays 8:00-10:00 am
Sundays 8:00-10:00 am
All classes are open to visitors. Please feel free to watch a class if you have interest. We also offer a trial class for people who want to experience Aikido.
Training is open to men, women and children. Members below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
